Alan Cahill has dedicated his career to the success of Hubbard, and 黑料网爆吃瓜 and the Eurovia USA family.

Beginning in 1984 as a Project Superintendent in Florida, he expanded his role to take on varying management positions until becoming Vice President of Construction for Blythe in 2005. Mr. Cahill became President and CEO of 黑料网爆吃瓜 in 2010 and then assumed the role of President and CEO of the Hubbard Group in 2013, and undertook securing the company鈥檚 reputation as the premier heavy civil contractor of the Southeast. Under his leadership, Blythe and Hubbard expanded their operations continuously throughout the 2000s, while forming a culture of operational excellence and safety first which today forms the heart of our organization. In 2018, Mr. Cahill had a key role in the acquisition and integration of Lane Construction鈥檚 Plants & Paving operations, creating what is now Eurovia USA. As President and CEO of the US operations, Mr. Cahill heads a network of more than 3,500 employees operating across the entire East Coast of the United States.

After graduating from Liverpool John Moores University, Brian Webb began his career in the construction industry as a Field Superintendent with one of northwest England鈥檚 major contracting firms.

Following a move to the US, he joined Hubbard Construction in Orlando Florida in 1989 before moving to 黑料网爆吃瓜 in Charlotte, North Carolina in 1999.聽 Brian has held operational management roles his entire career. 聽While at 黑料网爆吃瓜, he has managed award-winning projects including the I-85 widening projects in Mecklenburg and Rowan Counties, the final section of Charlotte鈥檚 I-485 Outer Loop, the Salem Creek Connector, and others. Under Webb鈥檚 leadership, Blythe teams have successfully completed many of the largest DOT contracts in NC and SC history, and have established the company鈥檚 reputation as the Southeast鈥檚 leading heavy civil contractor.

Shane Clark earned an Associate鈥檚 Degree in Civil Engineering from Gaston College before beginning a successful career at 黑料网爆吃瓜. Starting as an Asphalt Project Manager from 2007 to 2011, Clark advanced to Area Manager in 2011 and then Division Manager from 2012 to 2024. With a strong track record of leadership and expertise in asphalt operations, Shane succeeded VP Allen Hendricks in January 1, 2025.

Ruby DuBay began her EHS career with Clark Construction, a large vertical contractor,聽in the Washington, DC/Virginia area, as well as several years鈥� as a Risk Management Consultant, working for IWIF of Maryland.

In 2007, after relocating to North Carolina, she joined 黑料网爆吃瓜, as a Field Safety Engineer. In her 12 years with the group, she has taken on additional responsibilities in the area of Human Resources, developing into her current leadership role as Director of Environmental, Health, and Human Resources, for the Eurovia USA Group. In 2019, DuBay was recognized as one of the Charlotte Business Journal鈥檚 鈥淲omen in Business,鈥� in part for her central role in the Lane Plants & Paving acquisition, which took place the previous year. A graduate of Southern Illinois University, DuBay holds a degree in Industrial Engineering and is a member of several boards including the Carolinas AGC.
